Any coordinator can do whatever they like with regards to the organization of Project ACES in their state / country. You would be in contact with Len Saunders throughout the year. After each Project ACES event, you would report your total number of participants from your state / country to Len Saunders.

What to do?

It would be a good idea to create a state / country ACES web page so all your participants have a reference tool. You would try to promote your ACES web site on as many of your state / country web pages as possible. Some examples of these sites may be:

Your local AHPERD web site
Your local Governor's Council web site
Your local American Heart Association web site
Your local Department of Education web site
Various school web sites throughout your area
On your web site, you would provide all your contact information so your participants can provide you with any important material or stats.
