We are so quick to look for a fix other than the most obvious – this points out how water is a basic necessity for overall health. Getting back to the basics is so important – Thanks for a great article review.

Water is essential like mentioned by the lengthy list. Also it’s too bad that most people would have a soda instead of water with a meal or in the middle of the day. I understand people like the taste and it’s not like you can never have another one, it’s just that it has No nutritional value to it whatsoever. And some people continue to drink 5 or 6 cans a day. Just by changing that habit alone they would see overall health increases.

Not only is it the best thing for you, but it’s amazing the number of benefits there are for your body when yo drink enough water. It improves your overall looks but having your skin properly hydrated, improves memory, sleep pattterns, among many other things. It also helps aid digestion and helps to control acid reflux. It blows me away how many people don’t take advantage of a great resource!!

Water is one of the most overlooked aspects of a physical fitness program. Many people are dehydrated prior to exercise. This will cause a decrease in performance.
This is a great list of water benefits! Thank you!
Make sure you have 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces each day. It will help your body maintain peak efficiency.

Great answer, I never knew about half of those benefits. I aim to drink around 2 litres per day but usually manage 1.5 litres of mineral water.
