Water: Muscles and brains all contain water…well at varying degree’s. We require fluids such as Water to adjust and regulate body temperature and to provide a medium for nutrients and ions to travel the body tissues.
This living moonshine, Water, transports oxygen to your cells, serves as a medium for waste while offering protection to the organs and tissue. Too litter water or losing too much water leads to dehydration and an undesired medical diagnosis. Symptoms of dehydration include body pain, pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches, constipation and yes thirst. Thirst is not always the first sign of not getting enough Water.
