Learn how to prime himself for an AHA!—a flash of clarity that will profoundly and permanently change his life. AHA!s transform lives, no doubt, but conventional wisdom tells us that they happen in their own time, if ever, and are the product of fate, luck, and chance. My research has shown that our conventional wisdom is wrong. We can prime ourselves for pivotal realizations. People usually get the hang of it pretty quickly and find that they can spark insights that will help them get their “it,” whatever that is for them—exercising regularly, eating right, creating healthy relationships, etc.
