Linda Ksiazek, certified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and Recreation Advisor has coordinated the efforts of the Dhahran school children to participate in the ACES project since 1994. This year the ACES Day was held on May 7 and Linda took the lead as 500 enthusiastic students and teachers jumped, hopped, kicked, jogged, jacked, stretched, and celebrated fitness for 15 minutes. When asked about this year's Project ACES Day, Linda says “It is a great opportunity to gather an entire group of students together and basically just have fun Moving. So many fitness activities are presented to children in a competitive environment or in organized sports. This project focuses on the FUN aspect of fitness. I always feel that if even one child comes away with the idea that ‘Fitness is Fun' then we have achieved our goal.”
